Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the items. As vintage & antique items, our pieces may exhibit signs of wear or minor damage, adding to their character and charm. We encourage you to appreciate the unique history and beauty of each antique in its authentic state.

(All deliveries are doorstep deliveries and we will not be able to come up steps. We are happy to work with white glove services, however they must be set up and paid for by you.)¹

  • Hemphill's Mercantile ships small to mid-sized antique items via USPS, providing reliable and secure delivery. Shop confidently knowing your treasured purchases will be swiftly shipped to your doorstep with care.

  • Enjoy complimentary delivery within the greater Savannah, GA area (30 mile radius) for items exceeding $100 in value. Let us bring your antique treasures directly to your doorstep, hassle-free. (Deliveries occur Friday evenings)

  • Extend the reach of our service throughout nearby major cities such as Charleston, SC, and Jacksonville, FL. Experience the convenience of having your cherished finds delivered to your location for a $150 fee. (Delivery within 30 days)*

  • If you’re not nearby, the PRICE OF ITEM DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING.

    For oversized treasures, we partner with USHIP to ensure safe and efficient delivery nationwide. Rest assured, your larger pieces will be handled with care and expertise to reach you securely.

    Here’s how it works:

    1. You reach out to us asking about the cost to ship your newly beloved item.

    2. We’ll reply to your email with an itemized quote.

    3. If you like what you see, we’ll send you a link to purchase BOTH the item and the shipping.

    4. You eagerly count down the days and plan where your piece will go!

Return Policy

Our items are carefully selected for their unique charm and history. Due to their nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to embrace the character of each piece, including any signs of wear or minor damage.

However, if your item arrives damaged or broken, please reach out to us within 7 days. We'll assess each case individually and may offer a refund or exchange accordingly, subject to our discretion.
